Ingredients

  • Głogowska sausage from Morliny
  • A bunch of radishes
  • Half an eggplant
  • 1 courgette
  • Half of a red onion
  • 1 coloured pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A couple of early potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A few sprigs of fresh thyme (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the radishes and cut them in half. Slice the courgette and eggplant. Peel the potatoes and cut into halves. Slice the peppers. Pour olive oil into the bowl. Press garlic. Add it, as well as salt and pepper. Pour in the vegetables and mix it all thoroughly. Set aside to marinate.

Step 2

Grill the marinated vegetables and the sausage together. After browning, transfer it all to a large bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and thyme leaves. Mix everything in, and serve hot or cold with the sausage.
