Bro, who are you callin’? Brocolli! Apart from this tasty vegetable, you will also need dried tomatoes, pasta, and a few other things. Check it out!

Ingredients

  • Half a pack of chicken sausage from Morliny (one sausage)
  • 250–300 g (8.8–10.6 oz) of farfalle pasta
  • 1 medium broccoli
  • A handful of dried tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • A can of corn
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A handful of chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Thinly slice the sausage diagonally. Place the sliced sausage on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Put in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 10–15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the slices) — until the sausage is slightly browned and crunchy.

Step 2

Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch, i.e. boil it in salted water. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Julienne the onion. Strain the dried tomatoes from the pickle and cut into strips.

Step 3

Dressing: press the garlic and put it in a separate bowl. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped chives, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Mix it all thoroughly.

Step 4

Mix the vegetables with the noodles and slices of sausage chips. Pour the dressing over the dish.
