Easy

Omelette in a sandwich!? Who ever heard of that? The answer is simple: a person who wants some tasty experiments!

Ingredients

  • Bacon in slices from Morliny
  • Dark bread for serving
  • 200 g (7 oz) of button mushrooms
  • A handful of parsley
  • A handful of chives
  • Frying oil
  • Lettuce to serve
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Omelette:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place the bacon on baking paper and bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes in 180 °C (356 °F), until it turns golden and crispy. You can also fry it in a frying pan or in the microwave.

Step 2

Chop the herbs. Slice the button mushrooms and fry them in a pan with olive oil until golden brown. Finally, season it with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and cream. Mix it all thoroughly. Pour the omelette into a medium heated pan with olive oil and fry on low power until easy. Flip it over and cook another minute. Roll up the omelette and cut into sandwich-sized pieces.

Step 4

Brush the bread with mayonnaise. Add the lettuce and the omelette. Top with fried button mushrooms and chopped herbs. Put the crispy bacon slices on top and cover the sandwich.
