Easy, easier… casserole! This time something for those who don’t like to spend too much time in the kitchen.
Slice the sausage. Julienne the onion. Cut the tomatoes in halves.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for about 3–4 minutes. It must stay al dente.
Use a separate dish to beat the eggs with the cream. Add oregano, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour the pasta into a casserole dish. Add the sausage, tomatoes, and grated cheese. Mix them all together. Pour it all with cream with eggs and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
Bake everything in 180 °C (356 °F) for about 30–45 minutes.
