Baked chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes wrapped in bacon (lunch proposition with garnish)

How to refine an ordinary chicken breast? Here is our suggestion!


  • 1 pack of bacon in slices from Morliny
  • 2 single pieces of chicken fillet
  • Half a cup of dried tomatoes from marinate
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh basil or pesto (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of capers from a jar
  • 1 slice of stale bread
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • A handful of your favourite nuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1

Cut the dried tomatoes into strips and add them to the dish. Add capers, pesto, chopped garlic, crushed nuts, and diced bread.

Step 2

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise with a knife so as not to cut the meat completely. Unfold the meat like a book. Season with salt and pepper. Put 1–2 tablespoons of the stuffing in the middle and roll it up carefully. Wrap the prepared meat with bacon slices.

Step 3

Put the chicken in the oven preheated to 200 °C for about 20–25 minutes. The bacon should lightly brown.

Step 4

Serve with lunch garnish.
