Breakfast pan with eggs, sausage, and tomatoes

A breakfast pan — sounds good? It tastes even better. What is not there!


  • Half a pack of chicken sausages from Morliny
  • A handful of coloured cherry tomatoes
  • 2–4 eggs
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Frying oil or butter


Step 1

Heat a frying pan (preferably made of cast iron) and add fat to it. Make cuts ib the sausage with a sharp knife and fry in the pan.

Step 2

Add spring onion (cut into large pieces) and cherry tomatoes. Fry it all on each side.

Step 3

When the tomatoes and onions are golden brown, add the eggs to the pan, and cook them on medium power until the whites are easy. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with greens.
