Why eat gently, when you can eat spicy? Our burger will appeal to those who like spicier flavours.
Remove the casing from the sausage, and then mash it with a fork until you reach the irregular consistency of minced, pulled meat. Put the meat into a bowl.
Add the egg and breadcrumbs to the meat. Add a tablespoon of cold water, then mix thoroughly, and knead the meat to make it easy to form. Form 4–6 burger-style chops from the meat. Fry the meat in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes on each side. You can also bake the burgers in the oven.
Cut a bun and brown it in a pan or oven. Brush the bun with chilli sauce and fold the sandwich. You can add your favourite garnish to the burger.
