Ingredients

  • Half a pack of Silesian sausage from Morliny (2–3 sausages)
  • 5–6 potatoes
  • 1 large onion (or 2 small ones)
  • Frying oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Curdled milk for serving

Preparation

Step 1

Coarsely dice the potatoes and bacon. Use a frying pan to heat up a large amount of fat and add the potatoes to it. Fry it all for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are soft inside and browned outside. After this time, remove the potatoes from the pan, and dry the excess fat with a paper towel..

Step 2

Julienne the onions and dice the sausage to the same size as the potatoes. Use the same frying pan to fry the sausage until it turns brown from all sides (for about 5 minutes). After that, add the onion and garlic, and fry until soft. Finally, add the previously fried potatoes and mix everything thoroughly. Fry for 3 more minutes in the pan.

Step 3

Season the dish with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Be sure to serve with curdled milk.
