Morliny-style grilled cheese baguettes with sausage

Everyone has their favourite cheese baguette. Maybe yours will be in the version with mushrooms and Głogowska sausage? It only takes 20 minutes to prepare!


  • Half a pack of Głogowska sausage from Morliny (one, long sausage)
  • 2 baguettes
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) of grated hard cheese
  • 10–12 button mushrooms
  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • Roasted onion for garnish


Step 1

Cut the baguettes in half. Brush each half thinly with ketchup and then sprinkle with grated cheese. Slice the button mushrooms and sausage, and place them on top of the baguette. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

Step 2

Bake the baguettes in the oven preheated to 200 °C (392 °F) for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
