Morliny-style last-minute pasta casserole with sausage

Hastes makes waste, as the saying goes. Not necessarily — to prove our thesis we have prepared this recipe.


  • Half a pack of Podwawelska sausage from Morliny (one, long sausage)
  • 1 pack of pasta, e.g. fusilli
  • Available vegetables such as courgette, broccoli, pepper, tomato, green peas
  • 2–3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 3–4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to your taste 


Step 1

Slice the sausage and vegetables. Press the garlic. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.

Step 2

Put the cooked pasta into a large bowl. Add the sausage and chopped vegetables with garlic. Add grated cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix it all thoroughly.

Step 3

Put the pasta with vegetables into a baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake it all in the oven preheated to 180 °C (356 °F) for about 30–40 minutes.
