Sausage from Morliny fried with onion

Could you have it any simpler? No. Our sausage fried with onion will bring all your neighbours with its scent — it’s a great opportunity to make new friends!


  • A pack of ham sausage from Morliny (about 0.5 kg / 1.1 lb)
  • 2 white onions
  • Frying oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar


Step 1

Make cuts on the sausage with a knife. Use a frying pan to heat a tablespoon of olive oil and place the sausage on it. Julienne the onion and add it to the pan. Season the onion with a little salt and sugar — this will make it brown better and it will gain more flavour.

Step 2

Fry the sausage for 4–5 minutes on each side, stirring the onion from time to time. At the end of frying, add the butter to the onion, and serve with the sausage.
