Sausage in tomato sauce with garlic is filled with raw power!
Only vampires don’t like garlic, so you’d better look in the mirror if you don’t like this delicacy. Seriously, dishes with garlic are not only aromatic and delicious, but also healthy, so most of us consciously know that it is impossible to overdo it with garlic.
Sausage in tomato sauce with 4–5 cloves of garlic is an ideal solution for cold autumn days — it will strengthen your immunity system and allow you to eat your fill. Test this recipe on your household members, but at your own risk, as there is a high probability that they will not want to eat anything else!
Cut the sausage as for grilling, then cut into 3–4 parts. Put in the oven at 210 °C (410 °F) for about 15 minutes.
Slice the garlic. Finely chop the chilli pepper. Heat a little olive oil in a pot, and fry the garlic and chilli peppers in it. When the smell becomes very intense, add the tomato puree (the garlic must not brown too much, as it will become bitter). Season with sugar, cumin, and bell pepper. Pour in half a glass of water and bring it to the boil.
Add the browned sausage to the sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or more.
