Cut the peppers (yellow and red) into strips. Smaller hot peppers do not require cutting. Cut the onion into rings. Place the vegetables on the grate of a well-heated grill (or in a pan) and grill them until they are soft.
Prepare dressing. Put the contents of a small jar of mayonnaise into a bowl. Add a tablespoon of cream and a tablespoon of mustard. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps.
On the grill, next to the vegetables, place the spicy Jalapeno Ślązerki Sausages without cutting them, and grill them for 4 minutes.
Chop the coriander. Place the tortillas on the board (you can additionally put them on the grill for a minute to keep them warm). Using a spoon, spread the sauce over the tortillas in a circular motion.
Then put the grilled peppers and onions on the tortillas. Sprinkle everything with the chopped coriander. Now put hot Ślązerki Sausages on the vegetables – preferably two sausages on one tortilla. Sprinkle everything with the juice directly squeezed from a lime, and if you really like spicy flavours, add a few drops of Tabasco.
