Thin Ślązerki Sausages are not afraid of a challenge! You can eat them, for example, with bread and ketchup, but you can also prepare dishes that will emphasise the sausages’ succulence and excellent taste. Thin Ślązerki Sausages taste perfect accompanied by a salad of new potatoes and fresh cucumber. You will delight your guests at the barbecue. And if you still can’t get enough of meaty flavours, we recommend wrapping each sausage in a slice of aromatic smoked bacon from Morliny before grilling. In short, it’s a knockout!
Boil the potatoes in their skins (without peeling). Once boiled, cool them down. Peel and dice the cucumber. Chop the parsley finely.
Prepare dressing. To do this, squeeze 4 tablespoons of lemon juice into a bowl. Add 6 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of strong mustard. Add 1 teaspoon of liquid honey, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly until a uniform consistency is obtained. Finally, add half of the chopped parsley to the dressing.
In a large bowl, mix the cucumbers and previously boiled potatoes. Pour over the dressing and mix it all again.
Now it is high time to prepare the Thin Ślązerki Sausages. Heat the grill up well and place the Thin Ślązerki Sausages on the hot grate – without cutting. Grill them for 4 minutes. If you want an extra portion of delicious meat and a unique combination of flavours, wrap the thin Ślązerki Sausages in slices of smoked bacon from Morliny before placing on the grill.
Julienne the red onion. Put it on the hot grill next to the sausages. Grill it until it is soft.
Place a portion of potato and cucumber salad, grilled thin Ślązerki Sausages and onion on a plate. Sprinkle everything with the rest of the parsley.
