Sausages fried in pancake batter

Ingredients

  • Half a pack of Podwawelska sausage from Morliny
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of milk or water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 flat teaspoon of baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Frying oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the sausage into 3 pieces, then lengthwise in halves.

Step 2

Use a bowl to mix the dough ingredients: flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, and salt. The dough should have the consistency of a thick cream.

Step 3

Coat the sausage thoroughly in the dough, then fry in medium-hot oil on both sides until the dough is nicely browned.
