Baked chicken shish kebab with sausage

Chicken? Shish kebab? And sausage? This is clearly a recipe for a first class dish!


  • Half a pack of Silesian sausages from Morliny
  • 300 g (10.5 oz) of chicken fillet
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
  • Half a teaspoon of curry spice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil


Step 1

Slice the sausage into 2–3 cm (0.8–1.2 in) pieces. Dice the chicken into similar pieces. Season the chicken with garlic, oregano, bell pepper, curry, salt, and pepper. Coarsely dice the pepper.

Step 2

Soak the shish kebab skewer sticks in water. Put the pepper, chicken, and sausage one by one onto the skewer sticks.

Step 3

Put the skewer sticks into the oven preheated to 210 °C (410 °F). Bake for about 20–30 minutes. Halfway through baking, rotate the shish kebabs until evenly browned.
