Broccoli salad with garlic and crispy bacon

The nightmare of childhood returns in its delicious, bacon and garlic version!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of bacon in slices from Morliny
  • 1 broccoli
  • Half a cup of dry tomatoes

 

  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A handful of parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place the bacon on baking paper and bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes in 180 °C (356 °F), until it turns golden and crispy. You can also fry it in a frying pan or in the microwave.

Step 2

Cook the broccoli al dente in salted water. Cut dried tomatoes in strips.

Step 3

Blend the sauce ingredients until smooth.

Step 4

Arrange the torn florets of broccoli on a plate. Add the pieces of broken bacon and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour the sauce over the entire dish.
