Morliny-style quesadilla with cheddar, avocado, and sausage

Que pasa? Polish kielbasa! Here is a recipe for Morliny-style quesadilla with chicken breast sausage. Half an hour and it’s ready to be served!


  • Half a pack of chicken breast sausages from Morliny (1 sausage)
  • 4 tortillas
  • 100 g (5.3. oz) of cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup of ketchup 


Step 1

Slice the sausage and fry it in a dry frying pan. Grate the cheese. Cut the avocados in halves, remove their stones, peel the halves, and slice them.

Step 2

Put the tortilla on a dry frying pan. Brush it with ketchup and sprinkle with cheese. Arrange the sausage and avocado slices, sprinkle with cheese, and cover with a second tortilla. Fry it all on low power until the cheese melts and the quesadilla browns. Then, turn it all with a spatula to the other side, and continue to heat until the cheese melts.

Step 3

Cut the quesadillas into quarters before serving.
