A tart that is a joy to your heart! Sausage loves the company of asparagus (like everyone else).

You will need one hour and a little desire to combine them into a delicious dish!

The tart is out there! We are green with envy. Tart with sausage is a classy dish thanks to well-arranged ingredients. Tender asparagus and browned ham sausage in the same dish. Green on top, fried on bottom. Perfect neighbourhood created with broccoli, puff pastry, and a cheese and cream quilt cover is a guarantee that every little thing’s gonna be all right.

Ingredients

  • Half a pack of ham sausage from Morliny (2–3 sausages)
  • 1 pack of ready-made puff pastry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 500 g (1.1 lb) of green asparagus
  • Half a broccoli
  • A handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 cup of grated hard cheese
  • 1 onion
  • Frying oil
  • Salt and pepper to your taste 

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the sausage and fry in a pan until golden. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Clean the asparagus and cut it into large pieces. Finely dice the onion.

Step 2

Brush the casserole with olive oil and line the dough. Use a separate bowl to break the eggs and add the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Whisk it all thoroughly.

Step 3

Mix vegetables with sausage and egg pulp, then transfer to a pan with puff pastry. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the tart and put in the oven preheated to 180 °C (356 °F) for about 40 minutes.
