Phyllo dough tart with sausage, leek, and bell pepper

Our phyllo dough tart is to die for, enjoy the moment, as well as the taste of leek with bell pepper.


  • Two-thirds a pack of ham sausage from Morliny
  • 1 leek
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 pack of phyllo dough
  • Half a cup of melted butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • Spring onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1

Slice the sausage. Slice the leek and dice the bell pepper. Chop the spring onion.

Step 2

Brush the grating dish with melted butter. Put a single sheet of phyllo dough. Brush another sheet of dough with melted butter and then transfer to the dish. Repeat the operation 5 to 10 times.

Step 3

Use a large bowl to mix the eggs with the cream, salt, and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour the ready stuffing onto the previously prepared bottom for the tart. Additionally, you can sprinkle the grated cheese on it.

Step 4

Put the prepared dough in the oven preheated to 180 °C (356 °F), and bake for about 45 minutes, until the mass in the middle of the tart is easy.
