Question: how much more Polish a dish can get? The answer: not much more!
Slice the sausage. Julienne the onion. Cut the tomatoes in halves.
Use a frying pan to heat a tablespoon of oil and butter. Put in the dumplings and fry until golden. Remove them from the pan, and put the sausage and onion in their place. Fry until the onion is soft and the sausage is golden. Add the tomatoes and fry them for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of frying, add the dumplings and mix all together, or serve separately.
