Something out of nothing? Solomon doesn’t like this recipe, but otherwise everyone loves it! Meet the potato soup with sausage. Easy and tasty!

Potato soup with sausage — this one has a style!

Apparently the main ingredient of this soup is nothing, and this is why that a lot of delicacies were put into the pot. Golden Silesian sausage, a potato in tandem with an onion. Even a carrot, which is kind of a loner, ended up here too. And now everything is boiling, gurgling, and cooking. This mix will be a source of good food for lovers of strong sensations.

Soup with sausage warms you, feeds you, and gives you energy. You eat it and ask for a refill from the power pot. This soup will happily energise you up throughout the day and you will be well fed!


  • A pack of Silesian sausage from Morliny (approx. 0.5 kg / 1.1 lb)
  • 5–6 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon of marjoram
  • Parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 pieces of allspice
  • 2 litres of broth
  • Salt and pepper 


Step 1

Dice the sausage. Peel the potatoes and carrot, and dice them as well. Chop the onion and garlic.

Step 2

Pour olive oil into a large saucepan, and fry the onion and sausage in it. When they are golden brown, add the broth and the remaining vegetables. Add bay leaf, allspice, and marjoram. Cook it all until the potatoes are soft.

Step 3

Season the soup with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
