Scrambled eggs with bacon, chives, and butter

Everyone makes scrambled eggs in their own way, but if you want it to be different than usual, make it according to our recipe.


  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pack of cube bacon from Morliny
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • A handful of chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (optional)
  • A handful (100 g / 3.5 oz) of cherry tomatoes or one large tomato


Step 1

Dice the onion. Cut the tomatoes on a half. If you have regular tomatoes, get rid of the seeds and dice it.

Step 2

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Season them with salt and pepper, and then whisk it all with a fork.

Step 3

Use a frying pan to fry the bacon until it starts to brown. Add the onion and fry it until it is soft and slightly golden. Add butter and pour in the eggs. Reduce the heating power to a minimum and fry the whole thing for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally. At the end of frying, add the tomatoes and the chives.
