With the addition of spicy horseradish and fried onion, it tastes so good it makes your mouth water. And at the same time, the baked white sausage is a piece of cake (however, you should serve rolls with the sausage, rather than cake), so you simply cannot go wrong with this recipe!


  • A pack of white sausage from Morliny (about 0.5 kg / 1.1 lb)
  • 150 g (5.3 oz) of smoked bacon (preferably Morliny)


Step 1

Wrap each sausage individually with two slices of bacon and put into a baking dish.

Step 2

Bake the sausages arranged in this way in the oven preheated to 200 °C (392 °F) for about 20–30 minutes, until the bacon is golden and crispy. Serve the sausage with horseradish and fried onion.
