  • Half a pack of white sausage from Morliny (2–3 sausages)
  • 1 flat tablespoon of coarse French mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of light beer
  • A few sprigs of fresh rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the sausage gently with a knife. Divide a sprig of rosemary into pieces, and then press them into previously prepared cuts.

Step 2

In a marinating dish, mix beer, honey, and French mustard.

Step 3

Coat the sausages thoroughly with the made marinade, and leave them in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours, preferably overnight. Then fry them on a medium heated grill until lightly browned.
